I'm Tori. My last name is Nygren, which means "new branch" in Swedish. No, I'm not Vietnamese. But yes, my last name does look like Nguyen.

Writer.  Director. Producer. These are some of the words I use to describe myself. I started my career at Lincoln Center before moving into the agency world at Droga5. After learning from the best and brightest for three and half years, I left Droga5 to travel the world. Upon returning stateside, I freelanced at various agencies in New York before heading west for a role at Uber where I worked on integrated and experiential campaigns, including the award-winning Ride and Dine Bus.

In addition to freelance copywriting, I’m also the Founder and Director of Hogwash Studios, a female-owned, creatively led production shop in NYC.
